What is SASPlanet? 

SASPlanet is a software application that allows users to view and work with maps from various sources, including Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, and Bing Maps. It is primarily used for viewing and analyzing geographical data, and has features such as the ability to zoom in and out, pan, and measure distances between points on the map. It is developed by the Russian company SASGIS and is available for Windows.

It is a program designed for viewing and downloading high-resolution satellite imagery and conventional maps submitted by such services as Google Maps, DigitalGlobe, Kosmosnimki, Yandex.Maps, Yahoo! Maps, VirtualEarth, Gurtam, OpenStreetMap, eAtlas, Genshtab maps, iPhone maps, Navitel maps, Bings Maps (Bird's Eye) etc., but in contrast to all these services all downloaded images will remain on your computer and you will be able to view them, even without connecting to the internet. In addition to the satellite-based maps you can work with the political landscape, combined maps and maps of the Moon and Mars.

SASPlanet can be downloaded from the official SASGIS website: http://www.sasgis.org/

To download the software, click on the "Download" button on the top menu, and then select the version of SASPlanet that you want to download. The software is available in both Russian and English.
Once the download is complete, you can run SASPlanet by double-clicking on the SASPlanet or SASPlanet.exe file and enjoy.

It is important to note that SASPlanet is only available for Windows. If you are using a different operating system, you may need to use a different software application to view and work with maps.
